BUILT 90 is operated by The Alpha Blueprint LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("we," "us"). By using built90.com, the BUILT 90 app, or the BUILT 90 program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
BUILT 90 is a ninety-day general fitness and habit program built around six daily standards. The program itself is free — the trainings, the daily prompt, the printable workbook and the community. The BUILT 90 app is a separate, optional product sold for a one-time fee. You can complete the entire program without buying the app.
BUILT 90 is not medical, nutritional, or psychological advice, and we are not your doctor. Talk to a qualified physician before starting, and especially if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, have any injury or chronic illness, take prescription medication, or drink alcohol daily or heavily.
Do not stop drinking alcohol abruptly on your own if you drink daily or heavily. Withdrawal can be genuinely dangerous and is a medical matter, not a discipline one.
Cold exposure, bodyweight training and fasting-adjacent dietary changes carry real risks. You participate at your own risk, and you are responsible for stopping if something hurts.
We make no guarantee about physical results, weight, health outcomes, income, or any other outcome. Results depend on factors outside our control. Any examples described are illustrative, not typical, and not a promise.
The app stores your progress on your own device. There is no account and no password. We hold only what you choose to send us — a group record if you join a group, and a copy of your progress if you use the cloud backup.
If you do not back up and you clear your browser, uninstall the app, or change devices, your progress is gone and we cannot recover it. If you do back up, your twelve-character recovery code is the only way to reach that copy — we cannot look it up for you, and we cannot restore it without the code. Saving that code is your responsibility.
The app is provided "as is." We may update, change or discontinue features. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Buying the app grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use it. You may not resell it, redistribute it, or reverse engineer it. All BUILT 90 content — trainings, workbook, prompts, artwork and marks — remains our property.
Payments are processed by Stripe. The community is hosted on Skool. The daily prompt is designed to be used with an AI service you already have, such as Claude or ChatGPT. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Alpha Blueprint LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of BUILT 90. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law rules.
