The BUILT 90 app has no account, no login, and no password. Your ninety days live on your own device. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you choose to join a group or choose to back up.
If you join a group, a small amount of information is shared so the people in your group can see how you are doing. That is the only time your data leaves your phone, and you can delete it at any moment from inside the app.
Everything you enter in the app is stored in your own browser's local storage on your own device. If you never join a group and never back up, none of it is ever transmitted to us — including your test numbers, your daily checkmarks, your reps, your wake time, your written answers and why you started.
There is no account and no password, which also means we cannot recover your progress for you. Your backup code is the only copy.
Backing up is entirely optional. If you use it, we store a compressed copy of everything the app holds for you — your day number, every checkmark, every rep, your test numbers, your written answers, your wake time and your group details. It is stored under a twelve-character recovery code generated on your device.
We cannot look your backup up. It is filed under the recovery code and nothing else — no name, no email, no device id. If you lose the code we cannot find your backup or prove it is yours, and it cannot be recovered. That is the trade for having no account.
Where it is held: by Netlify, who host this site and run its servers for us.
Deleting it: anyone holding the code can delete the backup from the app. We remove backups that have not been updated in eighteen months.
If you email the recovery code to yourself, that email is held by your own mail provider, not by us.
Joining a group is entirely optional. Solo is a complete way to run the program. If you do join, we store:
We do not collect your test numbers, your written answers, why you started, or anything else you type into the app. Those never leave your device.
Where it is held. Group records are stored by Netlify, who host this site and run its servers on our behalf. Nobody else receives them.
Who can see it. Only people holding your group code. If you or your group's leader switch on "let people I do not know join," that can include people you have not met. Your name is whatever you typed, and you can leave it blank.
Leaving: tap Leave the group and the app stops transmitting immediately.
Deleting it: open Settings (the gear, top right) and tap Delete my data from the server. It is removed immediately. If you are still in a group you can also do it from the group screen.
How long we keep it. Group records are kept while you are running the program and are deleted when you tap "delete my data." We remove inactive records after twelve months.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not share it except with the service providers named here — Netlify, Stripe and Meta — who need it to operate the product.
The Meta Pixel on built90.com is used to show ads to people who have visited. Under California law that counts as sharing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To stop it, use the opt-out below or email us and we will honor the request.
You can opt out of Meta advertising cookies in your Meta ad settings or through your browser. You can clear all app data at any time by clearing your browser data for this site — but that permanently deletes your progress, so export your backup code first.
Depending on where you live you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold. Email jason@alphablueprint.net and we will respond.
BUILT 90 is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
