The six standards
Not a workout plan. A floor you do not drop below — and it goes underneath whatever you already do.
Your numbers come from your own body. On day one you find out where you actually stand, and every rep target after that is calculated from that number. Somebody who can do three push-ups and somebody who can do sixty are both working honestly.
Built to be finished
That is true of every hard thing and it is worth saying out loud. But here is the part nobody tells you: people almost never quit because the work was too hard. They quit because they missed one day and the program told them to start over.
This one does not do that. Miss a day, use a skip day, keep your streak. Get sick, hit pause, come back where you left off. Ninety days from now the only thing standing between you and the finish is showing up — and this is built so showing up actually works.
Three a phase. Somebody gets sick, a flight gets canceled, something goes sideways. Use one and keep going.
One bad Tuesday in week nine does not erase eight weeks of work. A program that erases it is a program you quit.
Injured or sick, the day number freezes and resumes where you left it. A pause is not a skip day and costs nothing.
Every seventh day the reps rest. Nothing else does. Rest is built in, not earned.
Who you run it with
Get three or four people to start with you if you can. Friends, a sibling, people from work, your partner. Name your group. It is better with people who already know you, because they are harder to hide from.
If you do not have anybody, start anyway. The app keeps the count, the skip days keep you in it, and your number keeps climbing whether anybody is watching or not.
Nothing is assigned and nothing is required. Start today on your own, or set a date and start together.

After Day 90
Ninety days proves something specific: that you can hold a standard when nobody is watching. The same thing that worked on your body works on your money, your work and your relationships — and that is what BUILT OPERATOR is for: three Pillars and twelve Standards, installed one at a time.
You do not need it to finish BUILT 90. It is the next step when you want one.

Straight answers
Yes. The program is free — all ninety trainings, the daily prompt and the printable workbook cost nothing and never expire. The app is separate and optional: it is the tool that counts your reps, tracks your phase and works offline. Right now it is free as well — checkout is not switched on yet, so there is nothing to pay and no card to enter. It is $9.99 one time. You can finish all ninety days without it.
Anyone who will hold the standard. The standard does not move.
No. Everything moves your own bodyweight, and the walk is a walk. If you already lift or run, keep doing it — this goes underneath it.
About an hour if you are starting from average. Your numbers are calculated from your own push-up max, so somebody who starts strong carries more volume and runs closer to ninety minutes. When that happens the app offers harder variations instead of more reps — a harder movement at fewer reps is a better stimulus and takes a third of the time. None of it has to happen in one block.
Whenever you want one to. Start alone today and your Day 1 is today. Or make a group, pick a date a few days out, and everybody who joins before then runs the same day number as you — nobody can check anything off until it arrives.
Use a skip day. You never go back to Day One.
No. The daily prompt works with any free AI, and if you would rather not use one, answer the question in your log by hand. It works the same.
The day is coming either way. The only question is whether you are ninety days in when it gets here.
